CosMedics PLLC was the very first plate I went to to get any sort of Botox, facial treatments, etc. Not only were they extremely professional. They were very knowledgeable and informative. I had been waiting a long time to receive Botox and spent lots of time trying to read and prepare myself. But I had all my questions answered and My nerves calmed, and I became very much relaxed very shortly into my appointment. Not only what I recommend CosMedics To my friends and family, but it’s the only place that I will go to.

Hannah was amazing!

I was nervous about going to a new place until I went here. I received Botox and I appreciated the fact that the clinician truly looked at my face and saw the areas where I needed more Botox, and areas where I didn’t need much. In the past, even going to a dermatologist for several Botox injections over the course of years, it seemed haphazard and not well thought out.

I had a Diamond glow facial. It was a very relaxing, calming atmosphere. The facial itself felt wonderful and you leave with a healthy glowing face!! Good choice!!

I get Tox from Desirae and she is phenomenal! She makes sure I am aware of what is going on and explains the process. I appreciate her not wanting to overdue anything. Plus she is hilarious. I also go to Whitney for Diamond Glow Deluxe Facials and I cannot express how kind she is, she makes the experience comfortable for you and is so knowledgeable about skin care.

My experiences at Cos Medics have always been incredibly positive! Desirae, Hannah and Lauren have always been professional and honest when it comes to my treatment (even when I, maybe, didn’t want to hear it). I appreciate each of them for meeting my needs and my budget and also for steering me in the right direction as far as skincare goes. If you’re on the fence, just do it. Your skin will thank you!

I switched to CosMedics from a spa in Fenton.. So glad I did. I can always get in super quick. Prices are lower. I've loved every nurse I've seen. And the the best part.. the results are better! Great med spa. They even answered a bunch of questions my teem daughter had about nursing as a potential career. I love these ladies!! ❤️🙌🏻

12/10 recommend CosMedics!! I’ve done the diamond glow facial, tox and the SylfirmX (I had never done any of these things before) I’m 32 and was noticing a lot of fine lines and wrinkles on my face. I told Desirae I wanted to look my age… but good for my age. She’s truly gifted and made my skin look incredible. People keep commenting on how great my skin looks!! Seriously, if you’re reading this review it means you’re thinking about going and this is your sign that you’ve found the right place. Book it. You will not regret it. Also the staff is so fun! At least do the free consultation! She will be honest with you about what you should explore

10/10 recommend. Desirae has done my Botox before and she was GREAT. I also saw Hannah for Botox & Lip Filler and she was amazing as well! They really care about their clients and make sure to take their time with you and answer any and all questions you might have. This is the only place I will go to. I highly recommend Cosmedics the customer service at Cosmedics is top tier! Lauren , Desirae and the staff are wonderful from the time you make your appointment up to the time of service they are so kind. Lauren and Desirae are professional, knowledgeable and honest they will let you know if you don’t need something done and I love this because I had a bad experience elsewhere. I’ve visited both locations Grand Blanc and Fenton and both are very nice and super clean. I so happy with all my results they always make me look and feel great. Cosmedics is the only place I trust to take care of my face !

Such a great experience! Desirae and the CosMedics staff are knowledgeable and very thorough in all aspects of their services. CosMedics offers a multitude of services. From the basic “tox” to skin resurfacing, facials, peels, laser treatments, fillers and biostimulators like PRP for hair loss. Never once did I feel pushed or pressured to purchase a service other than what I was there for (this is VERY important as some establishments are known to push!) Pricing is as expected for such services. If you’re looking for a deal, they do run monthly specials so it’s worth following their socials. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing; there is zero impression of intimidation - everyone is friendly and professional! I’ve only been to the Grand Blanc location but I hear the Fenton spa is equally as nice! Highly recommend!!!

I recently went here for a Botox appointment with Kelsea and Desirae. They were absolutely AMAZING! So knowledgeable and were able to see the asymmetry in my face I never even noticed and correct it. They were even able to pinpoint the reason for my tension headaches that can be corrected with Botox. I will definitely be using them every time from now on, SO happy with my results. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I had a great experience seeing Kelsea. Her and Desirae did micro needling to help with stretch marks and I’m super happy with the results so far. Their skin care products are also amazing!

Loved getting my tox service with Desirae! I wasn’t sure at first about getting Jeuveau before my wedding, so she recommended a micro-dose for me to experience the effects before coming back for more units. Treating my crows feet with a brow lift only took 12 units total, and it opened up my eyes tremendously! Couldn’t recommend more.

Desirae takes her time to explain where you can get some help and why. Very throughout, precise and educational, but doesn't make you feel pressured to get it all. She can help you achieve whatever look you're going for! I will be back for sure 😊
